How to Increase Your Buttocks

  • Leading the legs back. Stand on one leg. Leverage your free leg abruptly and maximize back. Repeat 10 times and do the same exercise on the other leg. To increase resistance, use ankle weights.

3 Strengthen your core muscles. Working on the muscles of the cortex will help tone the stomach, and it will look flatter and smaller compared to the booty. For best results, do torso exercises at least three times a week. Start with these:

  • Leg raises. You might think that the lifts most develop the legs, but, in fact, the abdominal press is involved in their implementation. Lie on your back and stretch your legs in front of you.
