Do You like your life or not? The simple question, the funny question... Everybody wants to be happy and lives in harmony with the mind and an environment. But here we have desperate failure.. We try to do our life more happily but..

Let think about this article. Are you sure the path is right?

Ok, I make mastakes too, do not I? And yet I want to share my secrets with you.

Spirit. 

Nourishing your soul through daily intentions can lead to whole-body benefits you'll notice with regular practice. Give these suggestions a shot and see how they affect your spiritual well-being.

 Meditation - Meditation allows you to reconnect with your true self, with your true nature, your true purpose, your real needs and passion.

Mind.

Mind

Call to your friends and you might talk with them. You know if you don-t call to anyone, you can talk with your dog or cat. It is funny too, is not it? You can write a letter to anyone or to yourself. This way helps you to keep your mind more calm and happy.

Sound Therapy - By exposing yourself to the healing frequencies, you can easily achieve a greater sense of balance and higher consciousness. 

Body.

Exercise at the same time every day. We know; this is usually easier said than done. But research has found that easy sport is good habit It's called an "instigation habit" and it means you set yourself up to do the activity without spending time or energy deliberating about it. This month, choose a time and stick to it, whether that's morning workouts, lunchtime walkabouts or a post-work sweat session. The more you stick to the habit, the easier it gets to keep going! It is so simple. Go to the walk in the park or the garden and breath clean air.

Set reminders to drink water. We all know we should be downing more H2O for clear skin, but it's easy to forget. Setting regular reminders on your phone can help ensure you drink 8 ounces of water a few times throughout your workday.

Stop to listen any news and to watch TV accept something happy TV shows but don't get carried away with it.

Your life must be full of activity.

The small tip: to eat more diferent color fruits and wegetables, because as any old philosopher said: we are what we eat.

Maybe it will seem ridiculous but you need to laught (at least one time per day)
