  1. OUTDOOR Fitness Training:

You can go to the park, sea or the garden, and with the help of a variety of accessories, exercises, build the perfect workout for you.

This is our recommendation:

Duration: 45-75 minutes

Location: park, sea, garden

Accessories: TRX, weights, mattresses, rubber bands, boxing, tension and more.

  1. Fitness training at the gym:

You must choose an institute that suits you, and do a variety of exercises to strengthen youself, and improve you where you need to.

Location: A dedicated gym of your choice

Accessories: According to the training program built - weights, instruments, mattresses, treadmill, rubber bands, tension and more.

  1. Dedicated fitness training for running:

Whether your dream is to start running, or you've set a goal to run 5/10/21 km, it’s totally possible!

With the help of a dedicated running program, which combines running, dedicated exercises, muscle strengthening exercises, tight stretches and close accompanying, set a goal and also achieve it.

Location: In the park, around the city. At sea, in nature or on a treadmill

Accessories: Great Running shoes!

Duration: 30 - 90 minutes

  1. Strength training and base exercises:

To learn the best strength exercises - squats, deadlifts, bench press, rowing and prizes, one must first learn the principles of exercise and the proper technique.

With the right training you will learn how to do the exercises correctly, depending on your body structure and condition.

You can choose a specific exercise to study or perform several exercises.

Location: Gym or Studio

Duration: 60-90 minutes.
